Shipping is free except for ODA (Out of Delivery Areas). We partner with the most trusted international and domestic couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Please note: We ship directly from our Shenzhen fulfillment center. These orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which you will need to pay upon receiving your order.

Unless circumstances are beyond our control, we will ship within 24 hours (excluding pre-sale items). Delivery times vary by country and region, generally taking 5-10 days. Regarding the product itself, the Aulumu M03 Power Bank will take longer to deliver due to battery shipping policies.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it.
Returns are only accepted for items ordered directly from aulumu.com. If you purchased from a retailer, please check the retailer's return policy.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
To start the return process, please email our Customer Support Team at service@aulumu.com and we will provide you with a return address within 24 hours during business hours.
Please be sure to include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- In case of a faulty item, a video or photo of the item (if applicable)
- Full shipping address
- Contact phone number
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please contact us by email at service@aulumu.com .
If you wish to cancel or change your order before it is shipped, please contact us at service@aulumu.com . However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
