The case in the YouTube video is the first version and is currently sold out.
Currently, the iPhone 14 series only comes with the regular camera ring version.
However, we are working to improve it.

The buttons on the side of the case are not secured in place, so it is normal for them to make a slight rattle when you shake it.

Don't worry, almost all clear phone cases have loose buttons for more accurate and quicker pressing of volume keys and other buttons.

Leather has a certain absorbency and may absorb the color of its surroundings, this is normal, please do not worry.

We recommend gently wiping the stained area with alcohol.

To prevent or delay yellowing of your white leather phone case, we recommend regularly wiping off any dust or dirt from the surface using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

We currently only offer cases for the 14 and 15 series. We are not currently considering making cases for older models.

Due to the special material used, the Crystal Clear Case is no longer in production and is only available in our US and Japan warehouses.

Therefore, our official website only allows the purchase of Crystal Clear Case in the United States and Japan.

Due to the material and design of the A09 headphone case, you will need to attach the included sticker to the top of your AirPods Pro to prevent the cover from coming off.
Don't worry, the stickers are easy to remove and won't leave any stains on your AirPods.

The first version was designed with a magnet, but due to certain issues the magnet would sometimes come loose. To improve user experience, we have changed the design to one without a magnet in later versions.

If they can solve the problem of loose magnets, they might consider bringing back the magnet design.

If it gets dirty, wipe it with alcohol to clean it.
