Warranty details

Our warranty guarantees that all items are free from defects in materials or workmanship or will perform as advertised.

Defects refer to imperfections or defects that arise during the manufacturing process, including cosmetic imperfections and wireless charging issues.

Disclaimer: This warranty does not cover intentional damage, normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, demagnetization of credit cards with magnetic strips, cosmetic damage not affecting functionality (e.g. scratches, dirty magnets, faded logos, etc.), loss of contents of the card holder, loss of use, or loss of data.

The warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original purchaser. Aulumu will only honor the warranty if the product is purchased from an official store.

Customers must provide a valid order number or matching email address to make a warranty claim.

If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement (terms and conditions apply).

How to make a warranty claim

If your product is faulty or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at service@aulumu.com with the following information so we can identify the issue and determine the best solution:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the defective product

Please clearly describe the issue with your purchased item, and if we can't resolve the issue, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping).

Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as an online store order number or an authorized retailer receipt, at the time of your initial inquiry. We cannot provide a warranty without proof of purchase.

You may be asked to return the defective product to Aulumu for a free replacement, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
