All orders are processed and shipped directly from our Shenzhen fulfillment center .
Orders are usually shipped within one business day (excluding pre-order items). However, delays may occur due to natural disasters, customs clearance, logistics issues, or other force majeure.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping conditions, but the estimated delivery time within Japan is 3 to 10 business days .
Please note that for some products, delivery times may be longer than usual due to shipping restrictions for products that contain batteries (e.g. aulumu M10 Power Bank) .
